“I have it all” is inspired by creating your own reality and realizing how much there is to love around you. In our generation, mental health is often dismissed because we appear to “have it all,” but having opportunity doesn’t always mean we have the ability to make use of it. We are so paralyzed by choice that we do nothing at all. And when anxiety and fear set in, it feels like our reality, when it’s not.
